In a recent Steven Heller column on www.printmag.com, he extolled the virtues of the exquisitely handlettered menuboards at Parisian cafes and bistros. Although the French were surely angry or dismayed at their national team’s abysmal showing at the current World Cup, they’ll at least be elegantly reminded of where to drown their sorrows with a Bordeaux-made cabernet sauvignon or pastis.
