SGIA’s Mike Robertson to retire in February

Mike Robertson, who has served as president and CEO of the Specialty Graphics Imaging Assn. (SGIA) for the past 15 years, and has been with SGIA for 33 years, will retire on February 1, 2016. He will be replaced by Ford Bowers, who has been serving Miller Zell, Inc. as VP of operations for the past nine years. Bowers led Miller Zell’s transition from analog (screenprinting and lithography) to mostly digital-print production. He also attained G7 qualification in several printing methodologies, as well as Sustainable Green Partnership (SGP) certification.
