Nine years ago, one of our new team members caught a small but important detail on a customer’s nationwide signage design: One of the leaves in the artwork was a pot leaf! We immediately reached out to the client, who quickly rebranded the sign and avoided a much bigger issue. The best part? Both that employee and that customer are still with us nine years later.
