Devcon (Danvers, MA) is releasing its Flex Bond™ thin-set structural adhesive for bonding flexible panels. The product is designed for laminating sheets of ABS or aluminum to a polystyrene core. It also offers nonshrinking, flexible bonds on other metals and plastics, filling gaps up to 25 mils.

The adhesive doesn’t require mixing. It produces a tensile strength between 6,970 and 1,482 psi, depending on the material. It’s available in one- and five-gallon containers.
