Vehicle Graphics Project of the Day: The Best Foot Forward

Alltype Signs decks out its own shop truck

Published

on

For 21 years, Alltype Signs (Framingham, MA) has fabricated vehicle graphics. So, neglecting its own shop truck would be akin to the cobbler leaving his own son shoeless. Owner Jon Grocer fabricated the wrap using 3M Graphics Market Center Controltac IJ-180c and IJ-680 reflective film, which he produced on the shop’s Roland DGA Corporation SC-545 EX Pro printer/cutter. He prepped the vehicle’s surface with 3M’s Prep-Solvent 70 and film application Primer 94 tape, and completed the process with 3M nylon squeegees and a torch.
