The Championship Round votes are in — more than 4,000 of them! — and 2,111 were cast in favor of Weitzel Signs’ (Butte, MT) projecting sign for Headframe Spirits. Six signs made it to the finals. Second place (28% of the vote) was claimed by Great American Sign Co. (Basking Ridge, NJ) for it "Scrooge-like" sign for a community garden. Third place (17%) went to Imagination Corp. (Chilliwack, BC, Canada) for its freestanding Mighty Moose sign.

For more than 30 years, Signs of the Times has proudly conducted competitions that showcase top-flight signage while highlighting industry trends. This year was the first time readers have been given the opportunity to voice their preferences.

More than 2,500 votes were cast in the Readers’ Choice Awards’ opening round. The top six finishers (the top three vote-getters in the each of the two opening-round, Electric and Non-Electric surveys) made it to the finals.

The Readers’ Choice winners, as well as the official contest winners, will be lavishly displayed in ST’s April issue.
