IF THERE IS ONE thing our Women in Signs Awards recipients can agree on this year, it is the increasing presence of women in all facets of the sign industry. Selected by our editors and the previous year’s winners from 308 nominations for 140 individuals, the five winners of 2025 are leaders in every sense of the word. They manage their own companies, spearhead projects, take charge of changes, foster community connections and widen the path for the next generation of signmakers.
