The International Sign Association (ISA; Alexandria, VA) has launched Specs, a new AI‑powered knowledge assistant designed to give sign industry professionals instant access to trusted information across signs.org, signexpo.org, and signresearch.org.

Created to streamline information discovery and improve user experience, Specs delivers immediate, accurate and complete answers to technical, industry and event‑related questions, allowing members and the industry to get the information they need faster than ever in their native languages. Specs can be found on three ISA sites: signs.org, the association’s website, signexpo.org. the website for the ISA International Sign Expo, and signresearch.org, the Sign Research Foundation’s website. Human help is always available through ISA, according to the press release.

“Specs represents a major step forward in how ISA supports its members,” Lori Anderson, ISA president and CEO, is quoted in the release. “By giving users a smart, intuitive way to find answers across our platforms, we’re making it easier for professionals to stay informed, make decisions and engage with ISA resources.”
