Signs Now Appoints Nichols Franchise Development Manager

Sarasota, FL-based Signs Now, a division of Allegra Network LLC, has added Jim Nichols as franchise development manager. He will manage conversions through the newly launched Advantage Program and represent Signs Now at conventions and trade events.
Previously, Nichols promoted and closed franchise conversions in three different industries, including work with Clockwork Home Services and the Dwyer Group. Before retiring from the U.S. Navy, he served as the chief recruiter of Navy Recruiting for the districts of San Antonio and Los Angeles. He was also responsible for stations in Texas, New Mexico, California, Hawaii and Guam, having managed 200 recruiters in eight zones.
