X2O Media Releases Xpresenter™ 3.0

X2O Media (Montreal), a full-service provider of software, network management and content services for professional, digital-signage applications, has released Xpresenter 3.0, the latest version of its enterprise, digital-signage platform. The new version combines ease of use with broadcast-quality graphics. Version 3.0 includes an overhaul of the Xpresenter Template Maker, the authoring application running inside Microsoft® PowerPoint®, to integrate content management and simple drag-and-drop object placement, in addition to support for 3-D objects and animations. Content creation is further simplified with new Microsoft Office add-ins for PowerPoint, Word and Excel®, making it easier than ever for users to update content.
Template Maker includes a “smart object” library for the creation of content utilizing videos, images, PowerPoint slides, RSS feeds and live information sources. Maximizing PowerPoint 2007 enhancements, Template Maker 3.0 streamlines the content-creation process with intuitive drag-and-drop placement of these objects onto the canvas. Version 3.0 also includes support for 3-D objects and animations, enabling the creation of innovative elements such as rotating video surfaces, 3-D tickers, and dynamic graphical elements animated in 3-D space.
