Nominations for the Signs of the Times 2026 Women in Signs Awards are opening on Jan. 23 to honor and celebrate female professionals in the sign industry.

The annual awards are given to women who have excelled in ownership/management, design, fabrication, installation, sales or marketing. Winners will have spurred innovation, fueled business growth or made a positive impact within their sign company, industry association or sign-associated philanthropic organization.

Sign company professionals are invited to nominate industry connections, co-workers, colleagues or themselves in the competition.* Winners will be selected by a panel of industry leaders (to be determined) and will receive the awards at the 2026 ISA International Sign Expo in Orlando, FL on April 9.

Winners of the 2025 awards included Sarah Flax, director of supply chain, Cima Network Inc. (Chalfont, PA); Lauren Terwilliger, owner, Pocono Sign Co. (Lakeville, PA); Ashley Baumeister, production/installation manager, Fastsigns of Clearwater (Clearwater, FL); Mallory Lynn, marketing manager, Signarama Brighton (Brighton, CO); and Torey Rouillon, director of project management, National Branding (Troy, MI).

*Note: This program is open to all sign company professionals. Manufacturers/suppliers are not permitted to nominate colleagues or themselves, but they may become sponsors or purchase advertorials honoring their customers and industry peers. For sponsorship opportunities, please contact ST Sales Executive Lou Arneberg at [email protected].
