Almo Corp. (Philadelphia) has announced that Warren Chaiken, the company’s most recent president and COO, has been named the president and CEO of the company and its subsidiaries. Almo Corp. is the parent company of Almo Professional A/V (Lutherville, MD). He will assume responsibility of Almo’s financial division, in addition to his current duties, as another step in the company’s long-term succession plan. Gene Chaiken will remain chairman of the board.
Warren Chaiken joined the company in 1994, and became president in 2004. He is a graduate of Lafayette College and the Pennsylvania State University MBA program.
