Receives Customer Performance Excellence Award from the Texas Mfg. Assistance Center

Federal Heath Sign Co. (Euless, TX) has received the Customer Performance Excellence Award from the Texas Mfg. Assistance Center (TMAC) for its LEAN accomplishments.
The Lean strategic initiative pursues the elimination of organizational waste. Improvements are made by pursuing parallel paths of waste elimination, while changing the company culture to focus on continuous improvement.
Federal Heath implemented metrics that drive quality, cost, delivery, customer satisfaction and profitability. Federal Heath’s CEO Kevin Stotmeister said, “A lot of our metrics keep getting better and better in terms of cycle times, customer satisfaction and our ability to control costs by controlling our inventory.”
TMAC Manager Mark Sessumes said Federal Heath’ Lean implementation also enhanced its contribution to the strength of manufacturing in Texas.
