7 is World Health Day, the global observance of health as a human right. The World Health Organization (WHO) takes this opportunity to release its World Health Statistics Report. You can participate by scheduling a checkup with your primary care physician for yourself or a loved one.

12-14 The 2023 ISA International Sign Expo will be held APRIL 12-14 at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas. Make sure to stop by our booth (1653) to say hi, subscribe or pick up sample copies of our sister publication for wide-format print providers, Big Picture.

19 is Wear Pajamas to Work Day. We’re not sure who made this a thing, but it’s becoming increasingly popular. We recommend checking with the boss first — unless you’re lucky enough to work from home … in which case April 19 is known as “Wednesday.”

28 World Women’s Wellness Day is celebrated annually on the last Friday of April — APRIL 28 this year. The first Women’s Wellness & Self Care virtual conference was held in 2021 and hosted by Diversity Woman Media. Signs of the Times would like to wish all of our women readers, friends and loved ones physical, mental and spiritual wellness.
