Harbinger Sign Names Two New VPs

Harbinger Sign (Jacksonville, FL) has appointed Fritz Meyne as its vice president of sales and promoted company vet Mike Benn to vice president of estimation and procurement.

In his new role, Meyne will guide executive leadership on corporate marketing initiatives and also lead product design. He brings more than 40 years’ worth of experience in the sign industry, having previously served as VP of sales for Bitro Group Inc. as well as VP of Super Vision, a company he took public. He also worked on the OEM side of COB LED technology as the VP of business development for Light Engines LLC.

In his role as vice president of estimation and procurement, Benn will lead the estimating team by developing enhanced systems to ensure compliance with quality standards. He is also responsible for building procurement strategies across multiple categories of spending.

Benn previously served as an estimating and engineering manager at Harbinger Sign, where he managed a team focused on estimating and proposal generation and supported the account management team through process and design engineering.

Both Meyne and Benn started their new roles on Nov. 1.
