Vehicle Graphics Project of the Day: A Wrap from County Kerry

D-Signs wrap a VW van to promote a local pub.

Vehicle wraps have become an international phenomenon. Every country’s service providers appear inclined to make their local, regional or national spin with their finished product, but every project speaks a very universal tongue – the language of commerce.

DSigns (Tralee, County Kerry, Ireland) decorated this VW transport van, which promotes a pub in Dingle, County Kerry (“An Droichead Beag” translates to “The Small Bridge” in Gaelic). After obtaining imagery from MR Clipart’s vehicle library and perfecting his design with CADlink Technology Corp. Signlab 7.1 and Adobe Photoshop, DSigns owner Tim McCarthy produced the wrap on his Roland DGA Corporation SolJet Pro II with Avery Dennison Graphics & Reflective Products Div.MPI 1005 film and DOL 1000 overlaminate.
