14To continue days of awareness, World Diabetes Day is NOVEMBER 14, a good day to get screened for diabetes, a disease affecting over 537 million adults internationally in 2021, according to the International Diabetes Federation.

21 Hopefully, not too bad for the diet, NOVEMBER 21 marks National Gingerbread Cookie Day. A great way to start the holiday season, consider a friendly competition or decorating gingerbread “blanks” at the office or shop.
