NEC Display Solutions of America (Chicago) is announcing the TileMatrix Video Wall Solution and a 52-in., full, high-definition widescreen display that’s designed for digital-signage applications, corporate boardrooms and education venues.

The TileMatrix Video Wall Solution comprises four, NEC 46-in. MultiSync LCD4620-2-IT displays. The 1,366 x 768-resolution, high-definition display provides display-management controls that lower energy consumption. The technology allows video walls that comprise up to 25 displays (5 x 5 matrix, which equals roughly 20-ft. diagonal) using only a single video source. The system’s TileCompT feature compensates for narrow bezels, which heightens image crispness and prevents content loss at the edges.

The ultra-thin-frame, 52-in. NEC MultiSync LCD5220 boasts the Digital Signage Technology Suite (DSTS), nearly 30 features that enhance display management and improve screen performance. U-shaped bulbs help present a more uniform image and evenly dissipate heat.
